How to use?

All our Green Flash™ kits give you access to our step-by-step video guide: available 24/7, it teaches you how to apply our gel polish at home, whether you're a beginner or already an expert!

Step 1 - Nail prep

  • Shape your nails. Start by filing the sides with the Nail File, then refine the shape by gently filing the free edge.
    Tip: Always file in the same direction to respect the nail’s natural keratin layers and help prevent splitting.
  • Soften cuticles using the Cuticle Remover and gently push them back with the Cuticle Pusher.
  • Using the Nail Buffer, lightly buff the nail surface with gentle horizontal strokes to help your manicure adhere.
  • Thoroughly degrease the nail using the Green Flash™ Remover.

Step 2 - Green Flash™ Vitaminized Base Coat
Apply a thin layer of Green Flash™ Vitaminized Base Coat for a longer-lasting wear. Cure under the LED lamp (Base Coat program).

Step 3 - Green Flash™ Color
Apply a first thin coat of your favorite Green Flash™ shade. Cure under the LED lamp (Color program).
Repeat to apply 2 thin coats of color.

Step 4 - Xtrem Flash™ or Green Flash™ Top Coat (your choice)
Apply a thin, even layer of your chosen Top Coat over the color. Cure under the LED lamp (Top Coat program).

Step 5 - Nail & Cuticle Oil
Once your manicure is fully dry, apply one drop of Nail & Cuticle Oil to each nail. Gently massage until absorbed.

I've never used gel polish before - is it tricky?

Anyone can apply Green Flash™, including complete beginners!

If you know how to use regular nail polish you can use Green Flash™: you apply the base coat, color and top coat in exactly the same way. The only difference is that you cure your nails under the lamp!

If you know how to use gel polish, there are a few points to note. Applying Green Flash™ is more like applying regular nail polish: there's no need to remove oil first and the polish is not buildable like gel polish, so you need to get it right from the start.

We recommend that you treat it like regular nail polish that has to be dried under a lamp!

Is Green Flash™ compatible with other brands?

Unfortunately not, each formula is unique and made from different ingredients. Our Green Flash™ products should always be used with other Green Flash™ products to ensure the best results. You will need (at least):

  • One Green Flash™ base coat
  • One Green Flash™ color
  • One Green Flash™ top coat
  • An LED lamp with an output of at least 24W

For effective removal, we highly recommend using Green Flash™ plant-based Nail Polish Remover and the accompanying nail clips.

Points to note:
Using a Green Flash™ color with a base coat and top coat from another gel/regular nail polish brand will not work.
Using a Green Flash™ base coat with a color and top coat from another gel/regular nail polish brand will not work.

What is the difference between a traditional gel polish and Green Flash™?

The "peel-off" removal: it can be removed at home without acetone, rubbing or filing it off!

It dries instantly: using an LED lamp with an output of at least 24W at a frequency that is less harmful to nails than UV lamps!

Can using Green Flash™ cause allergies?

Green Flash™ meets European standards and does not contain any sensitising substances like the monomers and methyl acrylate found in many traditional gel polishes. Many customers have testified that they have been able to use our products safely, even if they were allergic to other types of gel polish. However, allergic reactions are not specifically related to chemical ingredients, so we cannot guarantee that you won't have a reaction to another ingredient, even a natural one. What’s the difference between the new Vitaminized Base Coat Green Flash™ and the original Base Coat Green Flash™?

Thanks to an innovative molecular complex combining Hexanal, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E, the new Vitaminized Base Coat protects and fortify nails under color. The original Base Coat also provided protection but did not offer strengthening benefits.

I already use Green Flash™. What is the difference between the two ranges?

The Green™ range is a line of nail polish that dry in the open air without a lamp, offering shine and wear for up to 7 days.
The Green Flash™ range is a LED gel polish line that hardens under a lamp, for long-lasting wear up to 10 days and express removal in 1 minute without acetone.

I already have a Green Flash™ starter kit. Can the ranges be mixed?

No, the ranges cannot be used together. However, all the colors from the Green Flash™ range are available in the Green™ range if you want to find your favorite shade!

Are your products natural?

Our ranges are green and clean, made of up to 83% plant-based ingredients, without endocrine disruptors, monomers, or hydroquinone.
The Green™ range is also vegan, certified by the Vegan Society!

"Je rêvais depuis un moment de m'offrir un kit complet de manucure semi permanente. J'ai opté pour la Trousse Super Addict. Déçue de la tenue du vernis

"J’ai acheté le pack complet en espérant avoir une manucure durable, mais malheureusement le vernis ne tient même pas 4 jours. Les premiers éclats apparaissent très rapidement. Pourtant, je suis précisément toutes les étapes du mode opératoire et je double même les temps de catalysation sous la lampe, comme conseillé. Je suis donc assez déçue du résultat, surtout au vu du prix du pack complet. Je m’attendais vraiment à une meilleure tenue."

"Absolument bluffée par ce kit, mes ongles ne sont plus abîmés par les poses et déposes de semi-permanent, mes ongles ne se cassent plus. Le kit est complet, les produits sont de qualité. Il faut se faire la main pour la manucure complète mais c'est assez simple au final. Je change de vernis toutes les semaines, mais je pense que je pourrais garder la couleur une semaine de plus. J'ai quelques minuscules accrocs de temps en temps que je rectifie avec une petite touche de vernis et une minute sous la lampe. La tenue est incroyable même en faisant son ménage, vaisselle etc sans gants. Je recommande vraiment!"

"Ce kit est véritablement complet et permet de prendre soin des ongles tout en offrant une solution de manucure qui dure dans le temps. La prise en main est un peu complexe mais pas insurmontable. Cela prend quelques essais pour trouver la bonne quantité de produit à appliquer pour un résultat propre et sans défauts. Le stylo correcteur est un allié redoutable contre les petites bavures occasionnées lors de cet apprentissage.
